1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight of the package.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days
International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs)

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Carriers

Tracking numbers will be provided once your order ships.

4. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

StormNReady is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. StormNReady is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost:

Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We may file a claim with the shipping carrier and either replace or refund your order as appropriate.
