StormNReady barriers are designed to help reduce water intrusion during moderate rainfall or flash flooding events when properly installed. However, they are not guaranteed to prevent all water damage, especially during extreme weather or improper usage.

By using or purchasing StormNReady products, you agree that:

·         Product performance may vary based on terrain, water pressure, and installation.

·         StormNReady assumes no liability for direct or indirect damages resulting from:

- Improper use or installation;

-Water events exceeding product limitations;

-Acts of nature or other uncontrollable conditions;

-Failure to follow written usage instructions.

·         StormNReady products are not a substitute for flood insurance or emergency preparedness and should be used as one part of a comprehensive flood mitigation plan.

Limited Warranty

StormNReady offers a 30-day limited warranty for manufacturing defects in material or workmanship under normal use.

This warranty does not cover:

·         Damage from misuse or improper installation;

·         Natural wear and tear;

·         Water damage or flooding from conditions exceeding product design.

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact support at info@stormnready.com with photos and proof of purchase. StormNReady reserves the right to approve or deny claims at its discretion.
